“The travel agency changed our tour to one day earlier, I did not receive a notification via Viator. They send me an email which went to spam. So, I showed up and there is no trip. I planned this trip months ago, and I continued getting notifications from Viator, that my trip is ready. So, how I'm supposed to know that the trip moved to one day early? And, one day earlier I was traveling from California to Barcelona, so, even if I have gotten that email, I couldn't make it. What a bad experience... not booking to this agency again.”
