The whole evening was perfect - we toured the market and learned how to select our ingredients, and transitioned to a hands-on class to make our paella and sangria. The kitchen studio was lovely and the equipment was top-notch. Hugo provided a ton of information about our dish and preparation methods and ensured everyone had a chance to participate. We thought this was one of our best chosen activities for our trip.”
